Sweet and sour chicken

| ½ | cup | Flour with salt & pepper |
| ⅓ | cup | Oil |
| 1 | can | 13 oz. pineapple tidbits |
| 1¼ | cup | Juice(water + pineapple juic |
| ⅔ | cup | Cider vinegar |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ginger |
| 1 | Chicken bullion cube | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
| 1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
| 1 | can | Mandarin oranges (10 oz.) |
| ½ | cup | Marachino cherries-halved |
Directions
SAUCE
Shake chicken in bag with flour, salt and pepper; brown well both sides in hot oil. Put in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F. for 20 Min.
FOR SAUCE: Mix all ingreds. except pineapple, oranges, and cherries.
Boil for 2 min., stirring. Pour sauce over chicken. Add pineapple, oranges, cherries. Baste and bake 20 min. more. Accompany with hot cooked rice.
