Sweet and sour cukes

2 | larges | Cukes; peeled, (if there is wax on it) and thinly sliced |
3 | Green onions; thinly sliced with 3 inches of green tops | |
⅔ | cup | Rice vinegar |
⅓ | cup | Sugar; ( I use fructose- so maybe a 1/4 cup is okay) |
Directions
Combine ingredients; marinade for at least a half hour and serve. Serves 4.
Per Serving: 47 calories, .07g protein, 12g carbohydrates, 1.2g fiber, 0.2g fat, 4 mg sodium.
