|2 larges||Cukes; peeled, (if there is wax on it) and thinly sliced|
|3||Green onions; thinly sliced with 3 inches of green tops|
|⅔ cup||Rice vinegar|
|⅓ cup||Sugar; ( I use fructose- so maybe a 1/4 cup is okay)|
Combine ingredients; marinade for at least a half hour and serve. Serves 4.
Per Serving: 47 calories, .07g protein, 12g carbohydrates, 1.2g fiber, 0.2g fat, 4 mg sodium.
