Sweet bread

Yield: 1 Loaf

Measure Ingredient
2½ teaspoon Dry yeast
3 cups Whole wheat flour
¾ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Dry milk powder
1½ tablespoon Oil
5 tablespoons Honey
1 large Egg
9½ ounce Water about 130 degrees

Preparation :

The "Welbilt" bread machine on sweet bread cycle. Again add ingredients in order listed. The critical ingredient again is the amount of water after a couple of tries you'll find the right amount.

*You may have to cut back on yeast to about 1 teaspoon depending on weather and time of year.
