|2½ teaspoon||Dry yeast|
|3 cups||Whole wheat flour|
|1½ tablespoon||Dry milk powder|
|9½ ounce||Water about 130 degrees|
The "Welbilt" bread machine on sweet bread cycle. Again add ingredients in order listed. The critical ingredient again is the amount of water after a couple of tries you'll find the right amount.
*You may have to cut back on yeast to about 1 teaspoon depending on weather and time of year.
