No-sugar sweet bread

Yield: 16 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ tablespoon Yeast
2½ cup Flour, bread
1⅛ tablespoon Fructose
¼ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Butter
2 Eggs
¾ cup Milk

Cycle: White, sweet; not time (milk, egg) Setting: Light to medium "For those who cannot or prefer not to eat refined sugar, this delicious recipe uses natural fructose which may be found in grocery stores or health food stores. One tester experimented with her ricpe by substituting Sugar Twin for the fructose. She recommends using 1 Tbl. - 1½ Tbl. or 2 Tbl. for a regular loaf and doubling that amount for a sweeter loaf."
