Superb baked meatloaf

Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Ground beef |
| 1 | pack | Onion soup mix |
| 3 | slices | Bread, diced |
| ¾ | cup | Catsup |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| ½ | cup | Warm water |
| 2 | Strips of bacon | |
Directions
Mix together all ingredients, except the bacon, in a large bowl. After mixed well, place in a 9x13 inch baking dish and shape in a loaf form. Put the bacon strips on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove bacon and lightly cover the top of the meatloaf with catsup and bake another 15 minutes. Promptly remove from baking dish, let stand 10 minutes before serving. Randy Rigg Submitted By JOAN MERSHON On 11-02-94
