Super carrot raisin salad

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Plain nonfat yogurt |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Honey |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 2 | cups | Shredded carrots |
| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| ¼ | cup | Canned unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained |
Directions
In serving bowl, combine yogurt, honey lemon juice and cinnamon into a smooth dressing. Add carrots, raisins and pineapple to dressing and stir gently, but thoroughly, until salad is uniform. Cover and chill for a minimum of 15 minutes. Toss again before serving and drain liquid, if desired. Use a slotted spoon to serve Calories: 93 fat: ⅕ g Cholesterol .3 mg Sodium 29mg.
