Carrot and raisin sunshine salad

Ingredients

6Carrots; peeled and shredded
½cupRaisins
1Carton; (8-ounce) lowfat vanilla yogurt
6Iceberg lettuce leaves

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, except lettuce leaves, in a mixing bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Toss again before serving. Serve on lettuce leaves.
