Sugarless lactose free hot chocolate

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Baking cocoa
2 tablespoons Sugar substitute
¼ cup Water
2 cups Liquid Non Dairy Creamer
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
\N \N Ground cinnamon, optional
\N \N Non Dairy Whipped Topping optional

In a saucepan, mix the cocoa and sugar substitute; add water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute.

Reduce heat; add non dairy creamer and heat through. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into 2 cups.

Garnish with Non dairy whipped topping if desired.

Yields: 2 servings
