2 tablespoons | Sugar substitute |
¼ cup | Water |
2 cups | Liquid Non Dairy Creamer |
½ teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
\N \N | Ground cinnamon, optional |
\N \N | Non Dairy Whipped Topping optional |
In a saucepan, mix the cocoa and sugar substitute; add water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute.
Reduce heat; add non dairy creamer and heat through. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into 2 cups.
Garnish with Non dairy whipped topping if desired.
