Superb hot chocolate

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
2ouncesBaking Chocolate; Unsweetened
½cupWater
¾cupSugar
1pinchSalt
½cupWhipping Cream; whipped
1quartMilk

Directions

Boil chocolate in water 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sugar and salt.

Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool. When thoroughly cold, fold into whipped cream. Heat milk to boiling point and pour over 1 tablespoon chocolate mixture in each cup when serving.

Serves 6
