Superb hot chocolate

Ingredients

| 2 | ounces | Baking Chocolate; Unsweetened |
| ½ | cup | Water |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Whipping Cream; whipped |
| 1 | quart | Milk |
Directions
Boil chocolate in water 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sugar and salt.
Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool. When thoroughly cold, fold into whipped cream. Heat milk to boiling point and pour over 1 tablespoon chocolate mixture in each cup when serving.
