Measure | Ingredient |

2 ounces | Baking Chocolate; Unsweetened |
½ cup | Water |
¾ cup | Sugar |
1 pinch | Salt |
½ cup | Whipping Cream; whipped |
1 quart | Milk |
Boil chocolate in water 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sugar and salt.
Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool. When thoroughly cold, fold into whipped cream. Heat milk to boiling point and pour over 1 tablespoon chocolate mixture in each cup when serving.
Serves 6
