Sugar browned potatoes (brunede kartofler)

| 6 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 2 | pounds | Small potaotes, cooked and peeled |
Directions
Brown sugar in skillet, stirring until caramelized. Add butter, stirring.
Blend. add potatoes. Heat, turning, until browned on all sides. Serve with pork. 4-6 servings.
