Hash-browned potato casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 each Pk frozen shredded potatoes; (12 or 14 oz)
2 tablespoons Margarine; melted
Salt & pepper; to taste
4 ounces Colby cheese
¼ cup Onion; diced
1 can Cream of chicken soup

YIELD: 4 SERVINGS

Mix all thoroughly and pour into a casserole. Bake in a pre-heated 350F oven until brown (about 25 - 35 min). As printed in "Naples (FL) Daily News" Thurs. March 7, 1991.
