| 2 | cups | Sour cream |
| 2 | cans | Mushroom soup |
| ½ | cup | Butter, melted |
| 2 | cups | Cheddar cheese, grated |
| Grated onion & salt to taste | ||
Directions
Thaw the hash browns slightly. Mix all ingredients and put into a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 F. for 1 - 1½ hours, until hot and bubbly throughout.
