Stuffed hamburgers

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef, lean
1 cup Stuffing cubes
2 packs Brown gravy mix
1 can Mushroom pieces

Make 8 equal size large patties. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Put ¼ cup stuffing cubes in the center of 4 patties. Top each with one more patty and seal the edges. Place in baking pan and sprinkle with mushrooms.

Mix 2 cups cold water with the dry gravy mix and pour over the patties.

Cover and bake at 350 deg. F. for 45 minutes to an hour.
