Oyster stuffed hamburgers

125 | grams | Trimmed lean organic beef |
Preferably feather steak | ||
2 | teaspoons | Shallots, finely chopped and trimmed; optional |
1 | teaspoon | Fresh herbs, finely chopped; optional |
1 | pinch | Freshly ground black pepper |
Salt | ||
4 | Oysters; shelled | |
1 | Bun |
Directions
Mince or finely chop the beef. Mix the meat with the shallots, herbs and pepper, and shape it into a firm patty shape, roughly the size of the bun, enclosing the oysters in the meat. Have the grill hot, or use a well-seasoned cast-iron or non-stick frying pan. Cook the hamburger on both sides until done to your liking. Lightly salt it and serve hot on a lightly toasted soft bap.
