Oyster stuffed hamburgers

Measure Ingredient
125 grams Trimmed lean organic beef
\N \N Preferably feather steak
2 teaspoons Shallots, finely chopped and trimmed; optional
1 teaspoon Fresh herbs, finely chopped; optional
1 pinch Freshly ground black pepper
\N \N Salt
4 \N Oysters; shelled
1 \N Bun

Mince or finely chop the beef. Mix the meat with the shallots, herbs and pepper, and shape it into a firm patty shape, roughly the size of the bun, enclosing the oysters in the meat. Have the grill hot, or use a well-seasoned cast-iron or non-stick frying pan. Cook the hamburger on both sides until done to your liking. Lightly salt it and serve hot on a lightly toasted soft bap.
