Strudel filling - cheese

Yield: 1 Pastry

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Cream cheese
½ pounds Cottage cheese, drained
½ cup Granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Sour cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
¼ cup Seedless, golden raisins
3 tablespoons Melted butter

Beat the cream cheese and cottage cheese together until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Add the raisins. Mix well.
