Strawberry yogurt dessert

Yield: 9 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Kix (about 1 1/2 cups) -- crushed
¼ cup Margarine -- melted
2 tablespoons Margarine -- melted
1 Envelope gelatin powder, unsweetened
10 ounces Frozen strawberries (reserve juice) -- thawed and drained
⅔ cup Boiling water
2 cups Vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Heat oven to 350. Mix cereal, margarine and sugar; press firmly in bottom of ungreased square pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Sprinkle gelatin over reserved strawberry liquid; let stand 1 minute.

Pour boiling water over gelatin. Stir until gelatin is dissolved; cool completely. Place strawberries in food processor. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Mix gelatin mixture, yogurt and vanilla until smooth; stir in strawberries until well blended. Pour over crust. Refrigerate uncovered until set, at least 4 hours.

Refrigerate any remaining dessert.
