Strawberry banana dessert

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Cold water
1 each Pt Whipping cream, see note
1 each Pt Fresh strawberries, note
2 eaches Bananas, see note
1 each Loaf pound cake, see note
1 x Additional strawberries
1 x Additional Banana slices

NOTE: Strawberries; cleaned, hulled and sliced. MOTE: Bananas; sliced and dipped in lemon juice from concentrate. NOTE: Whipping Cream; 2 cups, stiffly whipped NOTE: Pound Cake: 10-¾ or 12 ounce cut in 12 slices. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water.

Add pudding mix; beat well. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream then strawberries and bananas. Line side and bottom of 3-½ quart glass serving bowl with cake slices. Spoon pudding mixture into prepared bowl. Cover; chill. Garnish with additional strawberries and banana slices. Refrigerate leftovers.
