Strawberry yogurt cake

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack White cake mix
¾ cup Water
⅓ cup Oil
3 \N Egg whites
12 ounces Strawberry yogurt
4 ounces Cool Whip*
\N \N Red food coloring -- if
\N \N Desired

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. Beat cake mix, water, oil, egg whites and 6 ounce yogurt in lage bowl on low speed 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes; cool completely. Fold 6 ounce yogurt and 2 drops red food coloring into whipped topping. Spread over top of cake.
