Strawberry griddle cakes

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Sifted flour
4 teaspoons Baking powder
3 tablespoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
2 \N Eggs, beaten
¾ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Butter, melted
1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced

In large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
