Rice griddle cakes

Yield: 1 Batch

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Warm cooked rice
1 cup Milk
2 \N Eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon Melted butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Honey

Mix the dry ingredients; stir together the liquid ingredients.

Combine dry and liquid ingredients; mix well. Drop by large spoonfuls onto a moderately hot, greased griddle. Turn with a spatula when the cakes are full of bubbles, and bake on the other side until lightly browned.
