Bread griddle cakes

| 1½ | cup | Bread crumbs; stale - fine |
| 2 | eaches | Eggs |
| 1½ | cup | Milk; scalded |
| ½ | cup | Flour |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 4 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
