| 1 | Box (3-oz) strawberry gelatin | |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| ½ | cup | Water |
| ½ | cup | Strawberry juice |
| 1 | cup | Oil |
| 1 | Box (1-lb) confectioner's sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Melted butter (up to) |
| 3 | Boxes (10-oz) frozen strawberries; drained and mashed | |
Directions
ICING
CAKE: Combine all ingredients. Pour into sheet pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Punch holes in cake with toothpick. Ice while still hot. ICING: Combine all ingredients and pour over cake.
