Fresh strawberry cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Box white cake mix
½ cup Crushed strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 \N Stick butter/margarine
1 \N 3 oz. box strawberry Jello
4 \N Eggs
½ cup Milk

Cream Mararine. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

Add cake mix, jello, strawberries and milk. Mix well. Bake in three 8 or 9 inch pans at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pans, cool and ice.

ICING

1 1lb. box of powdered sugar ½ stick margarine, softened ½ c.

crushed strawberries (if frozen, DRAIN!!!) Cream margarine and sugar and mix well. Add crushed strawberries and mix to spreading consistancy, using juice if needed/ Stread onto cake. Arrange strawberry slices on top of cake.
