Strawberries with tequila and black pepper

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 cups Halved strawberries
½ cup Orange juice
¼ cup Tequila
2 teaspoons Freshly ground pepper
2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
Mint sprigs, (optional)

Directions

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl, and toss well. Cover and chill 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
