Strawberries ole

½ cup Butter
1 cup All-Purpose Flour -- sifted
¼ cup Powdered Sugar
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1¼ cup Granulated Sugar
2 pints Fresh Strawberries
3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar

CRUST:

Blend the crust ingredients in a food processor. The roll our or press the dough into a 9- by 12-inch pan and bake in a preheated 325 F oven for 20 to 30 mins, or until golden brown. Remove it from the oven and let it cool.

FILLING:

Cream the cream cheese and the granulated sugar and spread this mixture over the cooled crust. Wash and hull the strawberries and toss them with the powdered sugar. Spread them over the cream cheese mixture and chill. To serve, cut into squares.
