Strawberries with molasses sour cream sauce

2pintsStrawberries, hulled, and if large halved

Directions

In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, sugar, vanilla and 2 tablespoons molasses until smooth. Divide strawberries between 4 bowls and top with sour cream sauce. Drizzle remaining molasses over servings.
