Frozen strawberry sour cream

| 1 | pint | Strawberries |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| 1 | cup | Whipping cream |
| ½ | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
Directions
Wash strawberries; remove and discard caps. Puree berries in blender or food processor; set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and creamy, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in pureed berries, sour cream, whipping cream and vanilla. Pour into ice cream canister.
Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
Makes about 2 quarts.
