Strawberries with creme sauce

| ¼ | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 1 | tablespoon | Plus 1 tsp. honey |
| 3 | cups | Strawberries; washed, hulled and halved |
| ¼ | cup | Chocolate fudge topping |
Directions
Prep: 10 min.
Process cottage cheese, vanilla and honey in a food processor 1-2 minutes or until very smooth. Serve sauce over strawberries and drizzle with topping.
