Crazy strawberries

| 5 | tablespoons | Balsamic vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Freshly ground pepper |
| 4 | cups | Ripe strawberries, stemmed and quartered (2 pt.) |
| Grated sweet chocolate for garnish | ||
Directions
In a glass, ceramic, or stainless steel bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, and pepper. Stir in strawberries and let them stand for 10 minutes. Serve strawberries garnished with chocolate.
