Stir-fried broccoli (or other veggies)

Ingredients

| 1¼ | cup | Mushrooms; sliced |
| 1 | large | Carrot; in 2\" strips |
| 1 | Clove garlic; minced | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon rind; grated |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Thyme |
Directions
Cut broccoli into flowerets, peel and slice stems. Stir-fry everything 5-8 minutes, ot till crisp-tender.
VARIATIONS:
Zucchini- Substitute ¾ pound sliced zucchini and 1 cup sliced celery instead of broccoli and mushrooms.
Green Beans- Substitute ¾ pound green beans, cut in 2" pieces and 1 cup sliced onion for the broccoli and mushrooms.
