Stir-fry broccoli medley

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Pineapple juice |
| 4 | cups | Broccoli florets |
| 4 | Sweet peppers, thin sliced | |
| 1 | Onion, thin sliced | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oyster sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Low-sodium soy sauce |
| 2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
| ¼ | cup | Crushed pineapple |
| 6 | cups | Hot cooked rice |
Directions
Get the pineapple juice boiling in the wok. Add broccoli, peppers, and onions. Toss to coat and stir-fry for 5 min.
Now, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and garlic and stir-fry for 2 min.
Add the pineapple and heat though.
