¼cupButter or margarine
1Red pepper; cut in strips
1cupCelery hearts; sliced
1bunchAsparagus; diagonally sliced
1Zucchini; thinly sliced
½poundsMushrooms; sliced
¾teaspoonSeasoned salt
¼teaspoonDried basil and thyme leaves
¼teaspoonCoarsely ground black pepper

Directions

In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over medium heat. Add red pepper, celery and asparagus. Stir fry about 3 minutes. Add zucchini, mushrooms and seasonings. Use more butter, if necessary.

Stir fry 2 minutes longer. Serve hot. Many be halved or doubled.
