Measure Ingredient
\N \N Snow peas
\N \N Bean sprouts
\N \N Mushrooms - chopped
\N \N Corn
\N \N Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Ginger
\N \N Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons Soy sauce

Warm the vegetable oil in the pan, then stir in the soy sauce and ginger.

Fry the vegetables until soft, and serve hot.
