Ingredients

1tablespoonFresh Lime Juice
1tablespoonWater
1teaspoonSugar
¼teaspoonGround Pepper
2tablespoonsVegetable Oil
1Thinly sliced onion
3Thinly sliced garlic cloves
1cupBlanched Broccoli Florets
1can(15 ozs) Reese baby corn drained
½cupBean sprouts
1Jalapeno Chili sliced

Directions

Blend first four ingredients in small bowl. Heat oil in wok on med. heat.

Add onion and garlic; stir fry until golden. Increase the heat to high, add florets, corn and bean sprouts; stir fry 3 minutes. Add first mixture to vegetables, blend well.
