Steph's bbq sauce

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Ketchup |
| ⅔ | cup | Water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| 4 | teaspoons | Brown sugar |
| 4 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Greek seasoning |
| 1 | teaspoon | Italian seasoning |
| 1 | ounce | Bourbon |
| 1 | can | Tomato paste; (small can) |
| Tabasco sauce; to taste | ||
Directions
Wisk all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Place 8 pork chops in 13x9 pan (lined with aluminum foil). cover with sauce. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
