Steak shake

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Paprika
2 teaspoons Thyme
2 teaspoons Oregano
1½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Salt; (optional)
1 teaspoon Lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Ground red pepper

The lighter side of the story is this: I stumbled across a simple receipe for a steak seasoning that I've found to be quite good. There's nothing particularly tricky about it but it makes a dang good T-bone or ribeye whilst we wait for the clouds to clear. It is as follows: In the above proportions, mix.

Brush lightly with olive oil, sprinkle on and press in spices on both sides then let steaks sit for 1 hr. before grilling.
