Steak sauce

Yield: 20 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Ketchup
2 \N Cloves garlic cloves --
\N \N Minced
⅔ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Lemon juice
½ cup Water
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Mustard -- prepared

Combine all of the ingredients in a 3 qt. saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 30 min.

Strain if desired. Cover and refrigerate. Yield: about 3 cups.
