Steak and chop rub

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Pepper, coarsely ground or cracked |
| 3 | tablespoons | Onion powder |
| 2½ | tablespoon | Coarse salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Garlic powder |
| 1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire powder look for Le Chateau brand |
| 2 | teaspoons | Ground ginger |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dry mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
Directions
Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks. Tailored for tender cuts of meats.
