1tablespoonWorcestershire powder look for Le Chateau brand
2teaspoonsGround ginger
2teaspoonsDry mustard
1teaspoonSugar

Directions

Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks. Tailored for tender cuts of meats.
