|1¾ cup||Fine vanilla wafer crumbs|
|1 cup||Finely ground nuts|
|1 cup||Powdered sugar|
|3 tablespoons||Light corn syrup|
|¼ cup||Light rum|
|⅓ cup||Powdered sugar for dredging|
Place all but dredging sugar in a bowl and mix well. Roll into 1" balls and dredge in sugar. Keep in sealed container.
