St louis' rum balls

Yield: 30 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup Fine vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup Finely ground nuts
1 cup Powdered sugar
¼ cup Cocoa
3 tablespoons Light corn syrup
¼ cup Light rum
⅓ cup Powdered sugar for dredging
⅛ cup Kahlua

Place all but dredging sugar in a bowl and mix well. Roll into 1" balls and dredge in sugar. Keep in sealed container.
