Auntie's rum balls

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup Pecans; chopped
1 cup Confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons Cocoa
1½ tablespoon Corn syrup; light
¼ cup Rum; (or bourbon)
Confectioner's sugar; (extra)

Combine all the dry ingredients and then add the corn syrup and rum. Form 1 tablespoon of the dough into a ball. Roll balls in extra powdered sugar.

Store in fridge.
