Ingredients

1 | cup | Vanilla wafer crumbs |
1 | cup | Pecans; chopped |
1 | cup | Confectioner's sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Cocoa |
1½ | tablespoon | Corn syrup; light |
¼ | cup | Rum; (or bourbon) |
Confectioner's sugar; (extra) |
Directions
Combine all the dry ingredients and then add the corn syrup and rum. Form 1 tablespoon of the dough into a ball. Roll balls in extra powdered sugar.
Store in fridge.
