Bourbon or rum balls

Yield: 4 dozen

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup Finely chopped pecans
1 cup Powdered sugar
2 tablespoons Cocoa
¼ cup Bourbon *OR* Rum
1½ tablespoon Light corn syrup (karo)
Powdered sugar for rolling

Mix crumbs, pecans, powdered sugar and cocoa; blend bourbon (or rum) with the corn syrup. Combine the two mixtures.

Shape into one inch balls, roll in the additional powdered sugar; refrigerate.
