Bourbon or rum balls

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Vanilla wafer crumbs |
| 1 | cup | Finely chopped pecans |
| 1 | cup | Powdered sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cocoa |
| ¼ | cup | Bourbon *OR* Rum |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Light corn syrup (karo) |
| Powdered sugar for rolling | ||
Directions
Mix crumbs, pecans, powdered sugar and cocoa; blend bourbon (or rum) with the corn syrup. Combine the two mixtures.
Shape into one inch balls, roll in the additional powdered sugar; refrigerate.
