Bourbon or rum balls

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1cupVanilla wafer crumbs
1cupFinely chopped pecans
1cupPowdered sugar
2tablespoonsCocoa
¼cupBourbon *OR* Rum
tablespoonLight corn syrup (karo)
Powdered sugar for rolling

Directions

Mix crumbs, pecans, powdered sugar and cocoa; blend bourbon (or rum) with the corn syrup. Combine the two mixtures.

Shape into one inch balls, roll in the additional powdered sugar; refrigerate.
