Spinach with basil (shaker)

6eachesSprigs parsley; chopped
4eachesGreen onions; chopped
¼cupButter or margarine
2teaspoonsSalt
½teaspoonPepper
1teaspoonDried whole basil

Directions

Remove stems from spinach; wash leaves thoroughly, and tear into pieces. Place all ingredients in a large Dutch oven (do not add water). Cover, and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until spinach is limp.
