Spinach tofu pie

1pack(10oz) frozen spinach; thawed and juice squeezed out
1poundsReduced fat tofu; pressed and mashed
¾tablespoonLemon juice
1Clove garlic; minced
½teaspoonLemon pepper
1cupSauteed mushrooms and onions; mixed

Directions

FILING

Mix filling ingredients together in a large bowl. Pile into prebaked crust and bake at 400F for about 20 minutes.
