| 4 | Hard boiled eggs; chopped fine | |
| ⅔ | cup | Finely chopped onion |
| 2 | cups | Grated cheddar cheese |
| ¾ | cup | Sour cream |
| ¼ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| Salt & pepper | ||
| Dill weed | ||
Directions
Wash spinach, discard stems & pat dry. Refrigerate. Chop spinach, egg & onion very fine. Mix in cheese & add sour cream & mayonnaise. Add good amounts of salt, pepper & dill.
