Spinach salad #1

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
10 ounces Fresh spinach
4 Hard boiled eggs; chopped fine
⅔ cup Finely chopped onion
2 cups Grated cheddar cheese
¾ cup Sour cream
¼ cup Mayonnaise
Salt & pepper
Dill weed

Wash spinach, discard stems & pat dry. Refrigerate. Chop spinach, egg & onion very fine. Mix in cheese & add sour cream & mayonnaise. Add good amounts of salt, pepper & dill.
