|10 ounces||Fresh spinach|
|4||Hard boiled eggs; chopped fine|
|⅔ cup||Finely chopped onion|
|2 cups||Grated cheddar cheese|
|¾ cup||Sour cream|
|Salt & pepper|
Wash spinach, discard stems & pat dry. Refrigerate. Chop spinach, egg & onion very fine. Mix in cheese & add sour cream & mayonnaise. Add good amounts of salt, pepper & dill.
