Layered spinach salad #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
9 ounces Refrigerated cheese tortellini; uncooked
2 cups Red cabbage; shredded
6 cups Spinach leaves; torn
1 cup Cherry tomatoes; halved
½ cup Green onions; sliced
8 ounces Reduced calorie ranch dressing
8 slices Bacon; cooked, crumbled

Drain; rinse with cold water. In a large flat salad bowl or 13 x 9- inch baking dish, layer the cabage, spinach, tortellini, tomatoes and green onions. Pour the dressing over the ingredients. Sprinkle with bacon. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
