Measure | Ingredient |

1 pack | Frozen chopped spinach |
3 tablespoons | Melted butter |
2 tablespoons | Chopped onion |
1 teaspoon | Lemon juice |
1½ tablespoon | Powdered chicken stock |
1 cup | Boiling water |
1 cup | Milk |
1 cup | Half-and-half cream |
\N \N | Pepper to taste |
¼ teaspoon | Nutmeg |
\N \N | Parmesan cheese; optional |
Cook spinach; drain thoroughly. In blender, combine first 6 ingredients & blend thoroughly. Add milk, cream, pepper & nutmeg. Serve hot with cheese on top or cold. Serves 4 to 6.
