Fresh spinach salad #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Bunch fresh spinach
½ pounds Fresh mushrooms
½ pounds Fresh bean sprouts or canned
½ cup Salad oil
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
1 Lemon; juice of
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper


Wash spinach, mushrooms & bean sprouts. Pat dry or allow to drain. Arrange on salad plate. Combine dressing ingredients & blend with a wire whip.

Spoon dressing over each salad. GAIL SUDDATH
