Chicken fajita pizza

Measure Ingredient
\N \N One pizza crust, commercial, or homemade
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
4 eaches Skinless, boneless, chicken breat halves, cut into 2 inch by 1/2 inch
\N \N Strips
1½ tablespoon Fajita seasoning mix
½ teaspoon Mexican oregano
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1 cup Thinly sliced onion
1 cup Green or red pepper strips
½ cup Tomato sauce
¼ each To 1/2 tsp salsa seasoning
12 eaches Ounces (3 cups) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
\N \N Red pepper flakes for garnish

Prepare pizza crust according to directions. Preheat oven to 400F.

Saute chicken in hot oil until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Stir in next 5 ingredients. Cook 1-2 minutes, or until vegetable are crips tender. Spoon mixture over crust. Stir salsa seasoning mix into tomato sauce, spoon over pizza. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake on middle oven rack until crust is golden brown, approximately 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle to taste with red pepper flakes.
