Chicken fajita pizza

One pizza crust, commercial, or homemade
1tablespoonVegetable oil
4eachesSkinless, boneless, chicken breat halves, cut into 2 inch by 1/2 inch
Strips
tablespoonFajita seasoning mix
½teaspoonMexican oregano
2tablespoonsLime juice
1cupThinly sliced onion
1cupGreen or red pepper strips
½cupTomato sauce
¼eachTo 1/2 tsp salsa seasoning
12eachesOunces (3 cups) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Red pepper flakes for garnish

Directions

Prepare pizza crust according to directions. Preheat oven to 400F.

Saute chicken in hot oil until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Stir in next 5 ingredients. Cook 1-2 minutes, or until vegetable are crips tender. Spoon mixture over crust. Stir salsa seasoning mix into tomato sauce, spoon over pizza. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake on middle oven rack until crust is golden brown, approximately 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle to taste with red pepper flakes.
