Spinach dip in hollowed-out sourdough bread

| 1 | 10 oz box Frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed out | |
| 1 | Tub Sour cream | |
| 1 | pack | Onion soup mix -- your favorite * |
| ½ | can | Water chestnuts -- chopped |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | Loaf Sourdough bread | |
Directions
* I prefer Knorr's and I have also tried the onion/mushroom and other onion varieties.
Mix spinach, sour cream, soup mix, water chestnuts and mayonnaise and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours. Put in a hollowed-out loaf of very sour sourdough bread and serve with more bread pieces...yummy!
