Spinach casserole #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (10.75-oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Grated sharp cheese
1 pack (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach
1 Egg; beaten
1 teaspoon Pepper
Seasoned bread crumbs
Butter

Cook spinach according to directions. Place in colander and press dry. Mix egg with remaining ingredients. Top with crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 for

20 minutes.
